(hereinafter referred to as HM)

General provisions

1. The Regulations define the rules for concluding and performing an online Ticket sales contract.
2. Unit Ticket prices are quoted in Polish zloty and euro and are gross prices. The price, which includes any other costs associated with the Ticket, is provided before the Order is placed.
3. Information regarding individual Tickets does not constitute an offer for sale within the meaning of civil law. The content of the Online Store constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
4. By placing an order, the Customer consents to all notices required by law, in particular the information referred to in Article 12 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, confirmation of placing the Order and the template of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, being delivered to them in electronic form (PDF).

Receiving and processing orders

1. The Store sells Tickets online via the Internet at www.berryinnovations.pl
2. By placing an order and paying the price, the ordering party concludes a service agreement with HM for the provision of event-related services.
3. In the case of an order placed via the Store, the Ordering Party will be asked to provide his/her personal data and to consent to the processing of his/her personal data by HM under the terms set out in the Privacy Policy section.
4. After placing the order, the Ordering Party will receive an order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Ordering Party.
5. The Ordering Party is obliged to pay the purchase price of the Ticket immediately after placing the order.
6. An invoice is issued for every order. Invoices are sent exclusively via email.

Returns

1. Tickets purchased by the Ordering Party cannot be exchanged for another event organized by HM.
2. Tickets for an online event cannot be returned.

Withdrawal from the contract

Pursuant to Article 38, point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Ordering Party does not have the right to withdraw from the contract (the right to withdraw from a contract concluded away from business premises or at a distance does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts for the provision of services related to cultural events, if the contract specifies the day or period of service provision).

1. The purchase price of the Ticket is binding on the Store and the Ordering Party at the time the Ordering Party places an order for the purchase of this Ticket.
2. The Store reserves the right to change Ticket prices, Ticket types, and promotional campaigns. This right does not affect the fulfillment of contracts concluded and orders placed before the effective date of such changes, as announced in the Store.
3. Tickets for events organised by HM are delivered to the Ordering Party electronically immediately after payment for the purchased ticket has been received and are subject to verification by reading an individual code upon entry to the event, before its commencement.
4. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za niezłożenie zamówienia lub niedostarczenie potwierdzenia zamówienia, niemożność dostarczenia biletu na skutek błędu lub podanie niepoprawnego  adresu e-mail przez Zamawiającego, problemami z siecią Internet lub innymi okolicznościami, na które Sklep nie miał wpływu.

Formy płatności

1. Dostępne sposoby płatności: szybki przelew elektroniczny (obsługiwany przez serwis DotPay), tradycyjny przelew bankowy, karta płatnicza (obsługiwana przez serwis DotPay lub PayPall).
2. Sklep online nie prowadzi formy płatności: „płatność przy odbiorze”.

VIII. Complaints

The Ordering Party has the right to submit a written complaint to konferencje@jagodnik.pl. Complaints will be reviewed no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the Store will immediately refund the Ticket price paid to the Ordering Party or offer an alternative solution, at the Ordering Party’s discretion.

Final provisions

1. HM reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions are effective from the date they are published on the Store’s website. Contracts concluded and orders placed before the date of amendments to these Terms and Conditions are fulfilled based on the provisions in force on the date the order is placed.
2. These Regulations are effective from 10 July 2024.
